Introducing Mindfulness
This short course is a curriculum of the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and offers a deeper dive into mindfulness theory and practices for beginners and those with a little experience. Each session builds on the previous, helping participants gradually develop familiarity with mindfulness concepts and giving them time to build a long-lasting habit. This course is designed for small groups of 10-20 participants, allowing for a more interactive experience where participants can share experiences.

A gentle introduction to mindfulness in the workplace for beginners, offering easy-to-learn practices that can help reduce feelings of stress and burnout. This workshop provides hands-on experience with simple techniques that can be practiced anywhere, and is perfect for larger groups of up to 75 participants.
