Introducing Mindfulness follows the curriculum of the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (United Kingdom), an organization globally recognized for mindfulness teaching and training, and is designed to provide a brief taste of mindfulness theory and practice. This course is for anyone interested in exploring some key mindfulness themes and practices in ways that might support them personally, in everyday life and work.
