Your partner in finding balance and achieving success with practical mindfulness strategies.
Hi, I’m Gretchen!
I have over two decades of experience working for companies around the globe, from one of the largest multinational financial services firms in the world to working side-by-side entrepreneurs in my hometown. This experience has given me unique insight into the challenges that individuals, teams, and organizations face in high-pressure, demanding environments. Whether you’re a CEO navigating high-stakes decisions or a busy parent balancing the demands of home and family, mindfulness can support you in finding clarity and peace in your daily life.
A native Hoosier, I spent much of my career living and working on the east coast of the United States and abroad. This experience expanded my perspective, enabling me to connect with and adapt to diverse people, groups, and environments with ease and understanding. I returned to Indiana to be closer to family in 2017 with my husband and son.
I am now based in Carmel, Indiana and offer training and coaching in-person in the Greater Indianapolis area and virtually around the world. I help clients cultivate resilience, improve focus, and foster a healthier work-life balance by bringing mindfulness and stress-management techniques to individuals and organizations. When I'm not working with clients, you can find me practicing yoga, exploring local coffee shops and restaurants, or curled up with a good book.
